Cleaner / Housekeeper

We are seeking high-quality Cleaners/Housekeepers to join our team on a flexible, zero-hours contract basis. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy working independently, and take pride in delivering impeccable cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform thorough cleaning of Airbnb properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
2. Ensure all properties are cleaned to the highest standards, ready for guest check-ins.
3. Replenish amenities such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies.
4. Conduct inspections to ensure requirements in checklists are met.
5. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the property manager.
6. Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
7. Be available for last-minute bookings and flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
8. Travel to various locations across London and surrounding areas as required.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a cleaner/housekeeper, preferably in short-term rental properties or hospitality.
2. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
3. Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
4. Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanour.
5. Flexibility to work varying hours and travel to different locations.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
7. A positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company.
