Cleaner

GTS Agency is currently seeking a reliable and efficient Construction Cleaner to join our team for a temporary position located at Bond Street. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in cleaning construction sites, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning and clearing debris from construction sites
2. Sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors, walls, and other surfaces
3. Removing dust, dirt, and waste materials from work areas
4. Ensuring that construction tools and materials are properly stored and the area remains safe
5. Ensuring the site is tidy and ready for final inspections or handover
6. Adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols while working on the construction site
7. Reporting any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the site supervisor

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in construction site cleaning is preferred
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
4. Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
5. Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
6. Available to work the full duration of the contract
7. Green Labourer CSCS Card
