This is the height of luxury for the refined consumer, exclusively available within the iconic Harrods store in Knightsbridge.

As a Clé de Peau Beauté Therapist, you will need to be authentic in your approach, elegant in your service and presentation, and dedicated to the brand and your clients. An expert in skincare and an experienced aesthetician, you will be introducing your clients to our luxurious skincare products through carefully selected exquisite treatments carried out in our private treatment room.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As Head Therapist, you will take ownership of the treatment room management, ensuring the highest standard of client experience, leading to an increasing demand for Clé de Peau Beauté treatments across the customer base. Consequently, you and your therapist team member will have a full diary of appointments at all times. You will be determined to drive sales and deliver the best in customer service, building a loyal customer base along the way.

You will have access to extensive and immersive training programmes, which will empower you to be industry leaders and deliver an elevated customer experience. On top of this, you join an incredible network of brands within the Shiseido Group, where developing our people is at the heart of our business. We expect you to be an NVQ Level 3 equivalent qualified therapist, with experience in both treatments and luxury retail. We also are looking for you to be proactive and target driven, with a true passion for the exceptional. The role will also include driving the events/experience on counter alongside the business manager.

PROFILE

• Strong experience in beauty therapy with a qualification of NVQ Level 3 + equivalent qualified therapist
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and results driven
