Classroom Support Coordinator

We are looking for an organised, adaptable, and passionate Classroom Support Coordinator to join our team in Halifax. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the learning experience for students, working closely with teachers to ensure each student receives the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and oversee support for students with a range of learning needs.
2. Work alongside teachers to develop and implement tailored learning strategies and interventions.
3. Assist in creating and maintaining individual learning plans for students.
4. Provide day-to-day support in classrooms, both individually and in small groups.
5. Monitor students’ progress and offer feedback to teachers and parents.
6. Support classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment.
7. Help with the development and organization of learning resources.
