You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of classrooms during teacher absences by following set lesson plans and managing student behaviour. Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise students in the absence of regular teachers.
2. Ensure lesson plans are delivered effectively and to a high standard.
3. Maintain order and encourage positive student behavior.
4. Assist students with questions or challenges as they arise.
5. Liaise with teaching staff regarding lesson objectives and student progress.

Job Requirements:

1. Strong communication and classroom management skills.
2. Ability to engage students and maintain a productive learning environment.
3. Previous experience in a classroom setting (preferred but not essential).
4. Adaptability and the ability to work in different schools and environments.
