Class Two Tipper Drivers

Job description

We are currently recruiting Class 2 Tipper Drivers on behalf of a long established concrete and quarry products company, who have a quarry in Coleford (GL16).

Your role will be to operate a tipper lorry, where your main duties will be delivering concrete and aggregates to building sites and infrastructure projects throughout the South West and Wales area.

This is temporary work, working Monday to Friday each week, on a regular ongoing basis.

Previous tipper experience is essential.

Qualifications:

1. Valid category C license.
2. Up-to-date and valid CPC and Digi Tacho Card
3. MPQC Card
4. Tarmac One Card (advantageous, but not essential)

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 6am start daily
Minimum pay of 9.5hrs per day, overtime paid after this
Occasional Saturdays required during busier periods too

Hourly Pay Rates (PAYE):

£13.42 per hour
Overtime at £20.13 per hour after 9.5hrs daily
Saturdays paid at the overtime rate too
