Role: Class Teacher (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)

About the Role:

As a Class Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping students' learning experiences, delivering high-quality lessons, and fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and delivering creative, engaging, and structured lessons.
2. Assessing student progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
3. Encouraging student confidence, independence, and enthusiasm for learning.
4. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
5. Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development.
6. Ensuring all safeguarding and school policies are upheld.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
2. Previous teaching experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
3. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment strategies.
4. Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
5. A passion for education and student development.
