Shift Hero Bradford & Halifax is currently recruiting an experienced Class 2 HIAB Driver to cover a wide selection of work in the Leeds area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled driver looking for ongoing work. As a Class 2 HIAB Driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods and safely operating the HIAB-equipped vehicle for loading and unloading at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate a Class 2 vehicle fitted with a HIAB crane for the secure loading and unloading of goods.
2. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to various locations.
3. Perform daily vehicle checks to maintain safety and compliance.
4. Adhere to all road traffic laws and health & safety regulations.
5. Communicate effectively with the transport team and customers.
6. Complete all necessary delivery and collection paperwork.

Essential Requirements:

1. Valid Class 2 (C) driving licence.
2. HIAB certification with proven experience operating the crane.
3. Previous experience driving Class 2 vehicles with HIAB.
4. Strong knowledge of road traffic and safety regulations.
5. Professional, customer-focused approach.
6. No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence (due to client insurance restrictions).
