We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team in Stratford Upon Avon. To be successful in this role you'll have experience in delivering initiatives and projects through the project lifecycle and will join a growing team to support the continued development of the function.
A key responsibility of this role is to lead larger data related projects, with multiple workstreams, requiring stakeholder engagement across the business at all levels.
You'll be defining projects including scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities and ensure they are clear, agreed and communicated to all key stakeholders. You'll also plan, structure, track, report on and lead project activity in line with the defined frameworks to ensure that stakeholders, dependencies, cost, quality and time are managed within agreed parameters.
You'll anticipate, monitor and manage risk and issues to protect the project deliverables and defined benefits.
This role is based in our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. However, we understand how important a positive work-life balance is, so to help you give your best, we offer great facilities when you want to be in an office environment and support to work up to 80% of your hours from home.
You'll have experience of delivering waterfall style projects and leading and managing the performance and progress of a project team.
You'll be self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills which will allow you to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders from across the business.
You'll have experience of working directly within a project management function and be able to demonstrate experience of contributing towards the delivery of successful change.
Strong stakeholder management skills are crucial to this role, and you will possess the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels where necessary, whilst being able to communicate large amounts of information to the business concisely.
