Velonetic represents the joint ventures between DXC Technology, the International Underwriting Association (IUA), and Lloyd’s of London. Previously referred to as the London Market Joint Ventures, we have been operating for over 20 years in the London market (Lloyd's and Company), in both insurance and reinsurance business. Processing over £101 billion worth of premium and claims transactions today, we are building a new digital platform and services that will enable our customers to move transactions and money through the processing lifecycle with greater efficiency and speed, releasing time to drive innovation and focus on higher value activities.

Our core business services involve performing checks on insurance documents, processing premium transactions and processing claims transactions.

• Add value to all stakeholders by increasing the efficiency of transactions.
• Provide a unified DXC story of the future of the London Markets
• Improve end to end communication and delivery of client requirements

Job Overview

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an individual who has a strong London Market understanding and claims background. If you like the idea of a role where you can be part of the Claims Products/Services team influencing the Core/Elective Services, solutioning business challenges whilst being an ambassador for the claims business, then this could be the role for you.

A Claims business expert will work under the direction of the Head of Claims Products/Services but will also be working closely aligned with the Head of Claims Delivery, Claims Product Managers, and the build team on future and existing products and services, you will be recognized as a Claims business expert supporting all areas within Claims providing expertise to internal and external stakeholders.

The internal stakeholder management activity will be a pivotal part of this role as you will be the conjugate between all the key areas of the business not only whilst we embark on the implementation and design of the digital services but also for the current business-as-usual services.

You will need to work closely with other areas of the JV and DXC to improve the understanding of how wide-ranging operations could potentially integrate to widen the use of the current services along with identifying and developing new Products and services.
