About the Role

As a Claims Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing insurance claims efficiently from start to finish. You will liaise with clients, insurers, policyholders, and adjusters to ensure claims are resolved promptly and professionally. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that helps people recover from disasters.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage a caseload of claims from initiation to resolution.
  2. Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  3. Assess claims and gather relevant information for accurate processing.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism.
  6. Communicate with technicians, insurers, adjusters, and policyholders while maintaining a record of all communications.
  7. Process technician reports and generate reports to be provided to our clients.
