Job Description:

A foreman/site supervisor is required in the UK to look after and help out labour where needed for a UK-based company.

The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, be keen to learn, and be a hard-working individual.

As a builder and foreman, you will play a crucial role in executing various construction tasks and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing and instructing the site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their performance.
2. Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed strictly.
3. Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately.
4. Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports.
5. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that all activities align with the project plan.
6. Ordering and managing the inventory of construction materials to ensure a steady supply without excessive overstock.
7. Problem-solving and troubleshooting any issues that may interrupt the timeline or budget of the project.
8. Performing a wide range of construction tasks, including excavation, foundation work, framing, roofing, and finishing.
9. Breaking out concrete and repairing with suitable material and shutters required. Must know how to strip the shutters for reuse.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in the construction industry in the Middle East. Clean driving licence. Construction-related certifications are a bonus.

Successful candidates will be offered a UK work permit.
