Role

Walters have exciting opportunities for civil engineering Site Agents / Project Managers to join our expanding team in the South West of England. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing a variety of exciting civil engineering projects for our public and private sector clients.

We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals with excellent communication and presentation skills and a good working knowledge of the civil engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure a “safety first” attitude underpins all operations
Deliver projects to the required programme, budget and quality standards
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders

Pre-requisite qualifications and capabilities

Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering
Track record of successful delivery within the civil engineering industry
Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written
Proficient in the use of different standard forms of contracts, particularly NEC
