Role

Walters have exciting opportunities for civil engineering Site Agents / Project Managers to join our expanding team in the South West of England. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing a variety of exciting civil engineering projects for our public and private sector clients.

We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals with excellent communication and presentation skills and a good working knowledge of the civil engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a “safety first” attitude underpins all operations
  • Deliver projects to the required programme, budget and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders

Pre-requisite qualifications and capabilities

  • Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering
  • Track record of successful delivery within the civil engineering industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written
  • Proficient in the use of different standard forms of contracts, particularly NEC
