Salary - Trainee - £30,000 to £35,000, Experienced depending on experience

Current turnover between £3M and £5M, looking to be at £10M in 5 years. They don't chase work; they chase profit.

What will you be doing?

1. Turning drawings and specs into accurate cost estimates
2. Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers & subcontractors
3. Helping stay competitive while maintaining quality
4. Collaborating with engineers and project managers

Who are they looking for?

1. Experience in estimating (construction/civil engineering), or fresh out of uni
2. Strong analytical and numerical skills
3. Great communication & negotiation abilities
4. Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
