RPS continues to grow and we are now looking for Graduates to join our Civil Graduate Programme in our Newark office. We are looking to recruit graduates into our Civil (Highways / Aviation) Engineering team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Graduate Civil Engineer with RPS, you will be involved with a range of projects including highways, aviation, commercial, residential, and industrial where you will produce, and assist in managing the production of, designs and drawings in accordance with the project requirements.

1. Supporting the Principal/ Associate/ Senior in the technical delivery of projects.
2. Attending and contributing to project/client meetings and undertaking site inspections as required.
3. Conducting activities and producing outputs in line with relevant legislation and industry standards.
4. Completing designs based on guidance from the Line Manager, applying sound technical knowledge relevant to the role.
5. CAD/ modelling work.

If successful in the screening process you will then be invited to attend an assessment centre. The assessment centre will be an opportunity to spend time with your recruiter and other applicants being considered for the role. This is your chance to show us your best in a series of activities as well as an opportunity for you to learn more about RPS.

As part of the assessment centre, you will have an Interview. This will be an opportunity to meet the team who you could be working with. This interview will be the opportunity for you to showcase your relevant skills and suitability for the role, but also to ask any questions on how the teamwork and what to expect in the role day to day.
