Requirements:

1. BSc or BEng qualified
2. Site appraisals, feasibility assessments
3. Pre-application planning advice, technical support for outline and detailed planning applications and the approval of reserved matters, discharging planning conditions
4. Production of pre-planning reports, including Flood Risk Assessments, Foul Drainage & Utility Assessments
5. Drainage remedial works
6. Earthworks modelling
7. Highways design - local authority and private residential/commercial (S38 / 184 / 278)
8. Road and Sewer / SuDS Adoption
