Role: As a Civil Design Engineer or Senior Civil Engineer, you will be involved in the design of roads and drainage for developments in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. At the Engineer level, you will primarily be involved in the delivery of projects assigned to you while upskilling and mentoring more junior engineers. At Senior level, your role will include line management and overseeing delivery, with consideration given to the commercialisation of projects, including the management of resources to produce profitable deliverables, as well as beginning to contribute to fee proposals and the wider business development function.
