An established industry player is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead construction projects with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating all phases of the project, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering effective relationships with on-site staff and subcontractors. JOB PURPOSE
The Project Superintendent is responsible for the safety, quality, efficiency, and timeliness of the project. This position will provide on-site coordination for all phases of the project, including material, equipment, subcontractors, and labor. It is essential that the Project Superintendent be organized, possess good judgment skills, communicate effectively, and have technical knowledge of earthwork, drainage, structural concrete, drilled shafts, etc.
TRAVEL
Regularly travel to Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position, and the work week for employees is normally considered 40 hours Monday through Friday. Flexibility is required to support time-sensitive issues as they arise. However, greater emphasis is placed on meeting the responsibilities assigned to this position.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Most of the work is performed outdoors under all weather conditions. The work schedule will involve travel and potential work at different field locations as necessary. Depending on the project, overnight stays may be expected. Administrative work takes place in a non-smoking office or field office environment.
