This unique role merges two critical functions: logistics coordination and movie transit operations, to ensure the smooth distribution of cinematic content and hardware.

You will play a key part in supporting our mission by coordinating logistics, managing inventory, troubleshooting delivery challenges, and facilitating customer support for seamless cinema operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Movie Transit Operations:

• Facilitate the secure and efficient electronic delivery of feature films to cinemas using Unique X’s proprietary systems.
• Troubleshoot content delivery issues and support clients with high-quality intercom support.
• Adhere to security protocols to protect movie content integrity during delivery.

Logistics and Purchasing Coordination:

• Coordinate and organize hardware purchasing, ensuring all equipment meets quality standards.
• Plan, organize, and optimize hardware shipping routes to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Oversee parcel preparation, labeling, and documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance for international shipments.

Inventory and Communication:

• Monitor stock levels, ensuring consistent availability and quality of hardware.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction.

Essential Skills

• Knowledge of digital cinema packages (DCPs) or experience transferring large, encrypted data files.
• Proven expertise in logistics coordination, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Experience working with intercom or similar customer support systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Background in movie distribution or cinema industry operations is highly advantageous.
