Life Balance Chiropractic seeks coachable new clinical assistants and client experience receptionists to join our dynamic, friendly team at our busy, expanding Poole centre. No chiropractic experience? No problem! Whether re-entering the workforce, shifting careers, or seeking meaningful work alongside family life, this could be your next step.

The Role

Title: Clinic Assistant/Client Experience Team
Type: Part-time, Permanent (24-27+ hours per week + overtime)
Location: Poole, Dorset, UK
Starting Salary: £13.06 per hour, rising to 14.65 based on performance
A mix of AM and PM Shifts:
7:30 AM–1:30 PM or 1:30 PM–7:40 PM
Available to cover 1 Saturday per month
Team Training: Wednesday mornings, 1 x pm 08:40 AM–12:00 PM then 1045 - 12.00 rest of the month

What You'll Be Doing

Our experienced and highly skilled staff are passionate in the pursuit of excellence, promoting the highest standards of knowledge and care

Welcoming & Supporting Clients – Warmly welcome clients with a smile and deliver exceptional service, creating moments of surprise and delight at key touchpoints in their journey.
Managing Calls, SMS & Emails – Scheduling appointments, handling bookings, rescheduling appointments, and reactivating past clients.
Scheduling & Sales Support – Manage & follow up on inbound and outbound booking inquiries and schedule appointments, ensuring a flow of new clients. (you'll have training)
Admin & Organization – Take payments, keep client records updated and support clinic marketing/social media. (you'll have training)
Keeping the Clinic Running Smoothly – Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming space and follow proven processes using a checklist-first approach.
Being a True Team Player – Collaborate, cover shifts when needed, and attend training to grow your skills and be able to work one Saturday per month.

Who You Are

Excellent written and verbal communication
Confident communicator with great people skills
Client experience pro – 2+ years in customer service
Organized & detail-oriented – you keep things running smoothly
Tech-savvy – comfortable, efficient & effective with IT & scheduling systems
Reliable team player – coachable, punctual & committed
Attention to detail and professionalism
Strong IT skills, comfortable with IT systems & appointment scheduling

High school diploma or equivalent required

Bonus (but not essential!):
Experience in appointment setting, inbound sales, or account management.
Strong call handling or admin background.
Medical Receptionist: 1 year + preferred.
