Job description

Excellent rates of pay with £14.00 - £14.50 per hour, with weekly pay days PLUS holidays pay PLUS pension! (This equates to a rolled up hourly rate of £16.16 - £16.74 per hour)

Due to the nature of the role being community based, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for this role.

Alcedo Care are looking for kind, caring and compassionate individuals to support children living at home across Chorley and surrounding areas, which in turn, will enable our children to live their best lives possible. Ideally, you should have previous experience working with children or young people, such as experience as a Care Assistant/Care Worker, Support Worker, or within an SEN Classroom setting. However, previous care experience is not always necessary as our Registered General Nurses and In-House trainers will provide you with all the correct training and skills you will need to succeed and kickstart your career in the care industry!

  • You will be required to travel around Chorley and surrounding areas
  • Must be 18 or over
  • Must be available to work alternative weekends or 1 weekend day each week
  • Dedicated, caring, punctual and driven with a positive attitude
  • Reliability, trustworthiness and punctuality
  • The right to work in the UK
