We are looking for compassionate and resilient individuals to lead and support a team of practitioners. Experience in a children's residential setting is required, along with the ability to guide and supervise others. We offer full training in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and opportunities for career progression as our organisation grows.
Shift Pattern
Day 1: 10:00 - 22:30 (Sleep-in)
Day 2: 07:00 - 22:30 (Sleep-in)
Day 3: 07:00 - 10:30 (Rest of the day off)
Days 4 - 6: Rest days
Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of residential practitioners
Contribute to care plans, risk assessments, and their implementation
Build positive relationships with young people, families, and external agencies
Maintain a clean and safe home environment
Support the educational, social, and emotional development of young people
Oversee and maintain professional record-keeping and documentation
Requirements
Enrolled in or completed a Level 3/4 Diploma in Children's Care (essential)
Experience in a children's residential setting (essential)
Supervisory experience with confidence in leading a team
Ability to work with children displaying challenging behaviour
Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
Full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential)
Must be 21 or over due to industry regulations
