A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within the Community Childrens Nursing Service.
We are looking for passionate and motivated Children's Nurses who have an interest in working within the community, supporting the provision of care for children and young people within their own homes preventing regular hospital attendances.
The role will work closely with partners in acute trusts and primary care networks as part of an integrated health offer for children and young people. The care will be provided in children's homes, schools, nurseries and across other community settings.
The CCN Teams work closely together and support each other as needed to deliver high quality care to patients. This role entails a high level of autonomy, independent caseload working and clinical decision making. You will be supported with regular supervisions, 1:1s and appraisals.
Please note that we do require participation in an on-call rota when required for end of life care.
This is a Monday and Friday 8.30-4.30 position. Happy to consider flexible working.
