Join Tezlom as a Children s Support Worker and Make a Real Difference!
We are looking for a Children s Support Worker to join our dedicated team in a residential home in Lewisham.
As a Children s Support Worker, You Will:
- Assist young adults in a Children s Residential Home
- Provide care and build strong, trusting relationships
- Promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect
- Work Waking Nights, conducting regular checks as per risk assessments if required.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: GBP12.50 GBP13.00 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Hours of Work: 40 hrs per week
- Weekly Pay
- Excellent out-of-hours support & dedicated consultant

What We re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children in a residential setting
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to safeguarding children
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings & weekends
- Right to work in the UK & able to provide two professional references
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Support Worker
- Drivers preferred but not mandatory
Work Hours:
- Full time 3 x12.5-hour shifts over 7 days Mon - Sun
- Part-time: 2 x 12.5-hour shifts over 7 days Mon - Sun
