Join Tezlom as a Children s Support Worker and Make a Real Difference!

We are looking for a Children s Support Worker to join our dedicated team in a residential home in Lewisham.

As a Children s Support Worker, You Will:

  • Assist young adults in a Children s Residential Home
  • Provide care and build strong, trusting relationships
  • Promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect
  • Work Waking Nights, conducting regular checks as per risk assessments if required.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay: GBP12.50 GBP13.00 per hour (including holiday pay)
  • Hours of Work: 40 hrs per week

What We re Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children in a residential setting
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to safeguarding children
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings & weekends
  • Right to work in the UK & able to provide two professional references
  • Minimum 6 months experience as a Support Worker
  • Drivers preferred but not mandatory

Work Hours:

  • Full time 3 x12.5-hour shifts over 7 days Mon - Sun
  • Part-time: 2 x 12.5-hour shifts over 7 days Mon - Sun
