Within the Care in the Home division, we support children with complex health needs within their family homes.

We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker to support our client at their home in Preston.

When you'll be working:

Monday-Friday: 1 hour morning shift (7.30am-8.30am) and 1 hour evening shift (7.30pm-8.30pm)
Saturday: 1 hour morning shift (8am-9am) and 1 hour evening shift (7.30pm-8.30pm)
Sunday: 5pm-9pm

You can be recruited for morning and/or evening shifts, depending on your availability.

What you'll be doing:

This role is to support an 8-year-old little girl with a gastrostomy tube in her family home.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
