What you will do:

1. Deliver high-quality social work services to children with complex physical or learning disabilities, ensuring their needs are met in a compassionate and effective manner.
2. Handle cases of Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care, maintaining the highest standards in each unique situation.
3. Employ your expertise in managing complexity, fostering strong relationships with health, education, and other professionals to deliver cohesive support.
4. Conduct thorough assessments and implement CWD short-break plans, consistently evaluating for their effectiveness and improvement.
5. Confidently execute duties concerning the Mental Capacity Act, ensuring that all legalities and ethical standards are met with diligence.
6. Work in collaboration with families, ensuring they are supported and informed throughout the process, to achieve the best outcomes for their children.
