  3. Employ your expertise in managing complexity, fostering strong relationships with health, education, and other professionals to deliver cohesive support.
  4. Conduct thorough assessments and implement CWD short-break plans, consistently evaluating for their effectiveness and improvement.
  5. Confidently execute duties concerning the Mental Capacity Act, ensuring that all legalities and ethical standards are met with diligence.
  6. Work in collaboration with families, ensuring they are supported and informed throughout the process, to achieve the best outcomes for their children.
