6 month rolling contract | 2 days in county | Manageable Caseload | Supportive Management
Are you considering a new stable long-term contract in the South East with supportive management?
We are currently looking for an experienced Safeguarding Social Worker with 3+ years post-qualification experience to join a Safeguarding team, where complex cases are fairly distributed across the team, supported by an excellent manager with regular training.
A supportive team is key for success. We all know how Social Workers can be burnt out by explosive caseloads; however, this role offers a stable long-term contract with manageable caseloads to provide the perfect work/life balance. However, you will be required to be in the area.
We have a great relationship with the authority and have fantastic reviews from candidates who have worked there, often getting their contracts extended, so expect something long-term!
So what are the other benefits of this role?
With flexible working hours, you can space out the casework and spend more time with your family and loved ones. You can juggle cases in a more streamlined and efficient manner to produce high-quality work and conduct procedures in a less chaotic style.
If the role is not for you, but perhaps a friend or colleague is looking for a change, we are offering a market-leading referral fee of £500 per placement - all you have to do is reach out!
As this is a statutory role, you are required to have a Social Work qualification and full registration with SWE.
