The Role:
As a Residential Support Worker, you'll be a key part of our care team, offering emotional and practical support to the children in our home. Your role will be varied, rewarding, and make a real difference every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Building positive and trusting relationships with the children
  2. Supporting with daily routines, activities, and life skill development
  3. Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive home environment
  4. Working as part of a team and alongside external professionals
  5. Keeping clear and accurate records and contributing to care planning

What We're Looking For:
  1. Kind, compassionate, and dependable individuals
  2. Previous experience working with children or in care is preferred - but not essential
  3. A strong desire to help young people reach their full potential
  4. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
  5. Must be 21+ due to Ofsted regulations
  6. Driving licence is an advantage but not required
