Role Overview
As a Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of a residential home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, child-centred care in a safe and nurturing environment. You will work closely with a dynamic team, including in-house education, psychology, and learning support professionals.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and lead the residential care team.
2. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
3. Develop and implement individual care plans for children.
4. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for children.
5. Engage with families and external agencies.
6. Oversee staff training and development.

Minimum Requirements

1. Experience in residential child care management.
