Role Overview:
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our children's home, ensuring that the care provided is of the highest standard and fully compliant with regulatory requirements, including Ofsted. You will manage a team of care staff, ensuring they have the support, training, and supervision they need to provide the best possible care for the children in our service. Your role will require you to have extensive experience in children's residential care, particularly with children with autism, and a strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations.
You will be the key point of contact for all stakeholders, including families, social workers, and regulatory bodies, and you will be responsible for driving improvements in the service, ensuring that it continually meets and exceeds Ofsted standards.
