Job overview
Are you a passionate, innovative and experienced Paediatric Nurse? Have you got experience of working with children and young people with acute, short or long term/complex nursing needs? Want to deliver holistic nursing care within a professional and supportive team? Keen to develop your leadership skills and influence quality clinical practice?
We have a great opportunity for you to join our Children's Community Specialist Nursing (CCN) Team. You will be leading holistic assessment, care planning and review of clinical care for children and young people with a range of health needs to optimise their health outcomes.
All our CCN's take the lead on an area of community clinical practice including IV's, enteral, palliative care, respiratory, and oncology. It is important for you to develop and continually influence good quality practice in the community and with partner organisations.
We recognise it may feel daunting to move into a leadership role in the community setting, where you'll be expected to lead and work independently, but you will be working with a supportive team who will guide and support you.
