Great opportunity for a Childcare solicitor to join a friendly and successful childcare team. This childcare solicitor will be joining a highly regarded practice in Devon.

The successful childcare solicitor will be managing their own caseload of public and private law children matters, as well as matters surrounding domestic violence. You will be doing your own advocacy, where appropriate and instructing/working with Counsel.

This candidate must be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE. You will be able to demonstrate experience of managing your own childcare caseload. You will also be able to show that you are comfortable dealing with the LAA. You will be personable and be able to show excellent client care skills as you will be dealing with sensitive issues.
