Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Hertfordshire - up to £150,000 + Benefits - Ref 1735

I am currently recruiting for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to work for a leading organisation based in Hertfordshire. Salary up to £150,000 + Benefits.

The organisation has been in operation for many years and is a worldwide leader in the design, development, and manufacture of highly complex products that are used across the globe. They have several sites throughout the UK and employ close to 100 people, with more employees based at their production facilities overseas.

In line with demand for their products and to support the business with their growth plans and product initiatives, they need to appoint a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be responsible for defining the technical strategy and executing it for a range of sophisticated electro-mechanical products, ensuring they are delivered to market meeting or exceeding expectations. You will oversee all technical aspects and be the technical authority.

Ideal Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or similar
2. Previous experience with electro-mechanical products
