Monster is looking for a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead the combined sales organization of our upcoming joint venture. We are looking for a leader who has extensive previous experience building, transforming and managing successful sales organizations. Working in the marketplace between job seekers and employers provides a unique opportunity to lead a high-growth business. The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) will be a crucial member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving revenue growth and leading the company’s sales organization. This individual will develop and execute the company’s sales strategy and build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. The CSO will work closely with other departments, including marketing, product, technology, and customer service, to drive business growth and opportunity.
This position is a leadership role and is responsible for managing a senior team of Sales leaders.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth.
