Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing quality control processes and ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
• Conducting regular inspections and audits in line with industry standards.
• Identifying potential issues and implementing corrective action plans.
• Collaborating with the Engineering & Manufacturing department to streamline processes.
• Training and mentoring junior staff in quality control practices.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Reporting to management and making recommendations for improvements.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Quality Inspector should have:

• Experience programming and operating CMM.
• Solid understanding of quality control procedures and standards within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using quality control software and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
