Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency across the board.
  
• Engage in strategic decision-making to drive company growth.
  
• Coordinate with different department heads to ensure smooth operation.

• Drive initiatives that promote the company's culture and vision.
  
• Ensure compliance with legal and business ethics, maintaining a high standard of corporate governance.
  
• Liaison with correspondent banks
  
• Managing strategic projects and change

The Successful Applicant

• An academic background in Business, Finance, or related fields.
  
• Proven experience in a senior management role within an electronic payments business
  
• Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
  
• Experience in a Fintech scale up
• Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities, with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
