- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency across the board.

- Drive initiatives that promote the company's culture and vision.
- Ensure compliance with legal and business ethics, maintaining a high standard of corporate governance.
- Liaison with correspondent banks
- Managing strategic projects and change
The Successful Applicant
- An academic background in Business, Finance, or related fields.
- Proven experience in a senior management role within an electronic payments business
- Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
- Experience in a Fintech scale up
- Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities, with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
