Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Single Family Office (London)

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in establishing and leading the London office of an international Family Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial (non-investment) and operational management.
• Establish and lead the London office, ensuring regulatory compliance and best-in-class operations.
• Work alongside the CEO to develop and execute the Family Office’s strategy.
• Manage finance, operations, trust structures, reporting, and regulatory approvals.
• Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team.
• Act as the primary liaison for accountants, trustees, tax advisors, and external partners.
• Oversee project management, including engagement with legal, financial, and operational stakeholders.
