Specialising in on-site music, messaging, and digital signage, Imagesound is at the forefront of enhancing brand experiences in retail, leisure, and hospitality.

We’re seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help scale the business through its next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will lead operations and delivery functions, driving strategic execution, operational excellence, and customer-centricity across the business.

• Develop and execute a scalable operations strategy to support ambitious growth goals.
• Build world-class delivery capabilities while ensuring high-quality service and profitability.
• Lead and develop high-performing global teams across operations and client delivery.
• Drive integration and operational excellence across multiple acquisitions.
• Foster a customer-obsessed culture to enhance client experience and loyalty.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in scaling businesses and operational transformation.
• Strong leadership and change management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in tech, media services, or SaaS-based companies.
• Financial acumen with P&L responsibility and M&A integration experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering complex, high-quality solutions for large enterprise clients.
