Working to the Chief Executives of the Council and NHS Highland, alongside their leadership teams, you will provide overall strategic leadership for the Argyll and Bute HSCP, leading fully integrated teams to deliver our strategic vision for the people of Argyll and Bute.

With 23 inhabited islands, six main towns, and remote communities, and an ageing population, our challenges demand creativity and a commitment to innovate. Our IJB is responsible for delegated services from social care to acute health care, from care homes to hospitals. As a leader with strong communication, engagement, and partnership skills, you will be central to ensuring that the HSCP works closely with our communities, listening to them and ensuring that we deliver the services that they need.
