Job Title: Chief of Staff to the Chief Customer Officer

We are seeking an exceptional individual to serve as the Chief of Staff to our Chief Customer Officer. This is a critical role that will drive growth and customer satisfaction at Beam, the UK's leading social impact tech startup.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for expanding our commercial and social footprint through strategic planning and execution. You will lead a high-performing team and collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement customer growth strategies.

  • Expand Beam's commercial and social footprint through software customer success and strategic account management
  • Develop and execute customer growth strategies in collaboration with senior leaders
  • Own and manage an experiment roadmap to enhance user engagement
  • Cross-functionally ensure exceptional experience for partners and users

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in a quota-carrying leadership role (e.g., Head of Sales / Head of CS)
  • Leadership experience in a high-growth VC-backed company
  • Experience hiring top talent and implementing scalable processes
