Chief of Staff to Chief Customer Officer - London - Sequel

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief of Staff to our Chief Customer Officer to drive growth in a hands-on and strategic role at the UK's leading social impact tech startup.

You will lead a team, develop and execute customer growth strategies, and own the customer experience. This involves expanding Beam's commercial and social footprint through leading the software customer success team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a hands-on role in key strategic accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience hiring top talent, and putting in place strong processes to scale up metrics.
