Please note that candidates without experience of private support, household management and experience of providing high-level administrative support to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals will unfortunately not be considered for this role.

The Client:

An UHNW family office attached to a leading international real estate business.

The Role:

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a successful family office as Chief of Staff and Senior EA to an UHNWI. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Full business support - arranging meetings and travel, diary management, inbox management and acting as contact point for the individual
  • Full personal support - arranging personal appointments, handling all equipment, bills and IT and extensive global travel
  • Household management - managing multiple residences including management of large team of household staff
  • Accompanying Principal on international trips from time to time
  • Negotiating bills, contracts and invoice
  • Running errands as and when needed
  • Ad-hoc project and administrative support.

Candidate Specification:

  • Experience of supporting an UHNW individual or family with both personal and business support (essential)
  • Experience of household and property management, particularly supporting households with teams of 15+ (essential)
  • Tech-savvy and good knowledge of systems including CCTV and AV equipment (essential)
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion and excellent time management (essential)
  • Autonomous and self-starting (essential)
  • Flexible, adaptable and can-do attitude (essential).

Additional Information:

  • Salary for this role is highly competitive (up to circa £100K) and the role comes with additional benefits including a discretionary bonus and 25 days holiday.
  • This is a demanding role which will require out of hours support.
  • The role will be fully office-based, with occasional international travel with the Executive Chairman and travel to the private family home.
