This is a busy and very involving role of trust and discretion, a perfect fit for someone who understands protocol and expectations. Reporting directly to the principal, you will deal with legal, finance, and supply negotiation matters and act as a gatekeeper in respect of the principal's emails.

Candidates must be highly discrete and trustworthy, someone the principal can completely rely on in day-to-day life and work. Proactivity, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills are key attributes, along with tact and diplomacy.

The role requires strong administrative and IT skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
