Job description

Arva AI is revolutionising compliance with our cutting-edge AI Agents for business verification. By automating human manual review compliance tasks, we help financial services onboard businesses faster and reduce operational costs by 80%.

As the Chief of Staff – GTM, you’ll work closely with the CEO to accelerate Arva’s growth by driving strategy, optimising processes, and ensuring execution across our go-to-market functions. You will be a force multiplier, bringing structure and focus to the team as we scale.

About the Role

As Chief of Staff – GTM, you will:

  • Be the strategic partner to the CEO and GTM leadership, translating high-level goals into actionable plans.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
  • Build and refine scalable processes to support a rapidly growing team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, ensuring alignment across GTM teams (sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships).
  • Manage key projects, track progress against objectives, and ensure accountability.
What You’ll Do
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership to develop and execute GTM strategies, ensuring alignment with Arva’s mission and business goals.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify inefficiencies and implement systems to improve speed, clarity, and results across GTM operations.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze key metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Leadership Support: Prepare materials, insights, and updates for executive meetings, board discussions, and investor presentations.
  • Team Enablement: Foster collaboration across teams, ensuring resources and priorities align with GTM objectives.
  • Execution: Drive critical initiatives, manage priorities, and keep the GTM team focused on high-impact opportunities.
