Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute financial strategies to drive profitability and sustainable growth

* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

* Manage risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements

* Optimize cash flow, investments, and capital structure

* Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance

* Collaborate with the executive team to shape business strategy

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in the waste, recycling, or metal industry

* Strong financial acumen, including knowledge of financial regulations and risk management

* Experience with M&A, investment strategies, and capital allocation

* Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
