Chief Financial Officer

A disruptive international live entertainment and cultural events company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive strategic financial planning, support international growth, and ensure robust financial governance. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Shape and deliver the company’s financial strategy to support commercial growth across UK and international markets.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance while embedding financial rigour across departments.
• Investor & Stakeholder Management: Lead on investor relations, manage external funding relationships, and provide transparent, data-driven insights.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous CFO or senior finance leadership experience within a high-growth or SME environment. Experience within the hospitality, entertainment or event space is essential.
• Strong skills in financial forecasting, reporting, risk management, and compliance.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification; commercial acumen and stakeholder management are essential.
