Chief Financial Officer

Title: CFO

Location: Midlands / Hybrid

Salary: £100,000 - £115,000

Brief Overview:

Forsyth Barnes are currently working with a rapidly growing organisation who are seeking a CFO. Reporting directly into the Chief Executive Officer, you will join the executive leadership team managing both UK and international remits. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join a fast-paced environment and sit on the board of a rapidly growing company.

CFO - Responsibilities:

1. Supporting senior stakeholders in the business on commercial decisions that will affect the growth and development of the company.
2. Form a close working relationship with the CEO, other Senior Executives and Non-Executives.
3. Provide leadership to the Finance and Accounting strategy, to optimise the company's financial performance and strategic position.
4. Take overall control of the company's accounting function.
5. Lead and develop finance teams.
6. Ensure corporate budgeting processes are carried out and reviewed.

CFO - Requirements:

1. Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
2. Line management experience.
3. Experience working with a Public Company.
4. International experience working in America or with a company that operates in America.
5. Previous experience in the Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
