Satis Education is delighted to be supporting a dynamic and ambitious Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) in the North West in the recruitment of a Chief Finance and Operating Officer (CFOO). This is a critical leadership role within the Trust, providing strategic oversight of finance, operations, estates, and compliance.
The CFOO will work closely with the CEO, Board of Trustees, and school leaders to drive financial sustainability, operational excellence, and long-term growth. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a growing MAT, ensuring the highest standards of financial management and operational efficiency to support outstanding educational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership on all financial and operational matters across the Trust.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that ensure long-term sustainability and growth.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead on estates management, procurement, and risk management to drive efficiency and value for money.
- Ensure robust governance and compliance across financial and operational functions.
- Support the CEO and Board in making informed strategic decisions.
- Develop and lead a high-performing finance and operations team.
