About Oliver Hume Property Funds
Oliver Hume Property Funds (part of the Oliver Hume Group, being a multi-disciplinary property services business that operates a range of businesses across the residential property sector) consists of three streams: Property Delivery, Property Funds Management, and Residential Land Lease Communities.
Property Delivery undertakes and manages quality residential property development projects, including broad acre land subdivisions, townhouses, and apartment towers.
Property Funds Management is a specialist funding syndication and investment management business that brings together investors to undertake residential development. This business holds an Australian Financial Services Licence.
Residential Land Lease Communities develop and manage high-quality over 55 residential communities. The Property Delivery stream has an extensive pipeline of land subdivision and built form projects across Victoria, South Australia & Queensland with an end value of $2b, with further acquisitions under due diligence.
About the Opportunity
The Chief Executive Officer, Oliver Hume Property Funds will assume a strategic role in the overall management of the Division, having primary responsibility for ensuring team composition, capital raising strategies, funds management, property acquisition and development delivery, and the ongoing management of all projects.
This role requires exceptional influencing skills and the ability to work collaboratively within and outside the organization to ensure governance and control requirements are met as well as alignment of activities with business plans, timelines, and strategic imperatives.

Property Funds Management / Compliance - Ensure OHPF Fund conforms to statutory and regulatory requirements through regular auditing plans, risk reviews, and reporting and monitoring regimes.
People Leadership – Build and lead a high-performance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and growth in alignment with the Oliver Hume values.
