This position is responsible for the development and achievement of the Club’s strategic plan. With a key focus on building on an already strong operation, you will possess the skills, experience and attributes to further grow the horse racing, training and hospitality footprint and the business success of the KBRC. You will have a proven track record of strong leadership, effectively managing multiple stakeholders and delivering exceptional member and customer service. You will also demonstrate achievements in community brand development and high-performance workplace culture.
